Lucy Porter to Host British Poker Awards at Poker in the Park This Week

The British Poker Awards will be hosted by stand-up comedian Lucy Porter and will include a charity auction to raise money for Peace and Sport (www.peace-sport.org). Among the items to go under Lucy’s hammer will be Barcelona and Arsenal shirts signed by the teams. The public is welcome to participate in the auction.

The British Poker Awards kicks off at 3pm on the main stage at Poker in the Park on 3rd September. The awards honour the movers and shakers on the British poker scene in a year when UK players have dominated on the international circuit. Winners are decided by members of the public and there are still a couple of days left to have your say. Visit www.thebritishpokerawards.com to vote.
